Precellys homogenizers & nucleic acid extraction kits offer an optimized solution to purify DNA and RNA from your tissue samples. Bertin Bioreagent is offering two kits to extract DNA and total RNA from animal tissues. These kits are part of a complete sample preparation workflow that starts with tissue homogenization using Precellys instruments and whose quality has been validated by Bertin Life Sciences R&D team. Our Precellys Tissue DNA Extraction Kit and our Precellys Tissue Total RNA Extraction Kit allow for the extraction and purification of DNA and total RNA from a variety of tissue samples such as heart, liver, ear or tail. The silica based mini column technology delivers highly pure nucleic acids that are free from protein and other contaminants and compatible with a large range of downstream applications such as PCR, RT-qPCR, sequencing, NGS, genotyping, Southern blot and Northern analysis. The kits include a comprehensive user guide with optimized protocols for tissue homogenization and nucleic acid purification.
