Resorbable collagen fleece for dental and oral surgery Vimadental® Fleece is a fully resorbable bio-porcine collagen fleece specially adapted to the needs of dentistry. Its unique pore structure supports physiological hemostasis, including in patients with coagulation disorders, and its physical scaffold has a positive influence on all stages of bone and soft tissue regeneration. Vimadental® Fleece protects the extraction socket, stabilizes the wound, and promotes early tissue regeneration. It can be trimmed, rolled, or adapted to the defect and rapidly becomes saturated with blood, contributing to wound stabilization.
