For Thoracic Surgery, biolitec® has combined cost effective and reliable diode lasers with high quality fiber optics and instruments to make procedures safer and more cost effective for health care professionals with an excellent standard of care for the patients. New approach and progress in thoracic surgery: Diode Laser System LEONARDO® DUAL 100 Operations and resections of lung metastases as well as lung tumors in our european reference centers have also proved that performing interventions with our LEONARDO® DUAL 100 and its wavelength combination of 1470 nm and 980 nm is safe and also successful with regard to incision and hemostasis of the lung tissue as well as with regard to the postoperative sealing of the resection surfaces. We run further observation studies on the use of the LEONARDO® DUAL 100 in our European reference centers which will establish this treatment option in the thoracic surgery. Our proven Ceralas HPD 1350 nm / 60 Watt is still in high technical quality on request available. Thanks to low maintenance costs, biolitec®’s diode lasers also stand out in regard to economic efficiency. The Laser Systems can be supplemented with a high-capacity smoke evacuation technology.
