MoldCare Pillows are specially designed to become rigid and conform to the patient for perfect positioning, reproducibility and patient comfort. MoldCare Pillows consist of a soft fabric bag containing expanded polystyrene beads coated in a moisture-cured resin. Unlike standard head supports, which don’t accommodate individual patient anatomy, the MoldCare Pillow is molded to the patient’s head and neck for a precise fit. This offers optimal chin alignment and consistent treatment setups, providing comfort and accuracy throughout the procedure. Additional pillows sizes and shapes are available to accommodate more than just the head and neck. Contraindications Do not use the fixing gear for any other patient than for whom it was intended. Using it for another patient may cause insufficient holding and fixing of posture, thus preventing proper treatment. Do not touch or take out the base material by opening the cover material. If the water-curing urethane resin in the base material touches the skin, it may irritate the skin. Strictly obey the following: If the skin is touched, wipe off any uncured urethane resin stuck to the skin thoroughly before it cures by using alcohol.
