Skin irritation and odor reduction NEAL UNDERPAD is a product that can be dried quickly by being woven from antibacterial fabric and can prevent skin irritation maceration, itching and odors during casting period.(see skin irritation test ISO 10993-10:2002(e)). NEAL UNDERPAD can be dried easily under daily condition and faster drying can be achieved by using a general household fan. The excellent air permeability maximizes the evaporation of patient's sweat and moisture, allowing patients to have a shower. Excellent comfort NEAL UNDERPAD is soft and flexible, providing it an excellent skin protector between the casting tape and the patient's skin. BL Tech's unique design, that is the elasticity of the 3 way stretch knitted tubular weave, allows it to stretch and conform without constriction and well fit to body contours. It allows the skin under the cast to breathe, providing excellent ventilation to reduce odors, itching, discomfort and skin maceration.
