Adellgene® RED 1000 is a DNA size standard that provides single-stranded, ROX-labeled fragments in the 50-1000 bp range. Information about the product Adellgene® RED 1000 is a DNA size standard for use with fluorescence-based DNA electrophoresis systems. The size standard contains twenty-three fluorescently labeled DNA fragments that allow the calibration of migration and accurate estimation of the sizes of unknown fragments during capillary electrophoresis. Each DNA fragment is labeled with the ROX fluorophore. The Adellgene® RED 1000 sizes DNA fragments in the 50-1000 bp range, and provides 23 single-stranded, ROX-labeled fragments of 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 475, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 950 and 1000 bp.
