An integral line of STERICELL hot air sterilizers. The STERICELL line can be used to achieve a perfect, quick and accurate process of drying, heating and sterilization in the health service. The sterilization effect is achieved through the action of a forced circulation of dry hot air subject to a specified temperature and sterilization exposure time. Usually, a temperature of 160°C or 180°C is applied during the sterilization exposure time, which ranges from 30 – 60 minutes, depending on the nature of use. The actual process runs in a closed pressure chamber that is made out of stainless steel.

The operation principle is based on a patented fine air circulation achieved by means of a fan in an electrically heated chamber. The unique system of air circulation in the chamber ensures quiet run and fine heating of the samples. Two-jacket construction of the chamber and the microprocessor adaptable automatics Standard-line (Comfort-line with many additional functions is available on request) ensure homogenous temperature distribution in the chamber, precise run of the processes and short recovery times (return to a given temperature) after the chamber door opening. Standard equipment of the STERICELL line devices includes also an infinitely adjustable chamber air flap valve.
