Rapid SARS-CoV-2 antigen test card is a one-step in vitro test based on immunochromatography. It aims to quickly and qualitatively détermine the SARS-CoV- 2 virus antigen in anterior nasal (front nose), oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal swabs of individuals suspected of SARS-CoV-2 through its healthcare provider within the first 7 days of onset of symptoms. Rapid SARS-CoV-2 antigen test card cannot be used as the basis for diagnosing or excluding SARS-CoV-2 infection. Rapid SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test Card detects the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein). Theoretically, genetic SARS-CoV-2 variants with non-nucleocapsid protein mutations do not affect the product performance. The novel coronaviruses beiong to the p genus. Goat anti mouse antibody was used in the control line system.The colloïdal gold-conjugated anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody was dry-fixed on the test equipment.
