Overview
ACCOLADE MRI and ESSENTIO MRI pacemakers are MR-Conditional cardiac devices designed to allow MRI scanning at 1.5T and 3T when implanted and used as part of the ImageReady MR-Conditional Pacing System and when MRI conditions of use are met.

Features

• RightRate respiration-based (minute ventilation) sensor delivering adaptive-rate pacing to address chronotropic incompetence.
• Boston Scientific 1.6 Ah EL battery technology with expected longevity approximately 9.5 to 16.7 years depending on usage and settings.
• Automatic daily monitoring compatible with the LATITUDE NXT Patient Management System to support clinic workflow and remote device/patient oversight.
• Post-Operative System Test (POST): automated system check of lead impedances, intrinsic amplitudes, and capture thresholds prior to discharge.
• Atrial Arrhythmia Report (AT/AF) providing data to assess atrial arrhythmia burden and therapy effectiveness.
