The mature sperms, having capability of mobile and hyaluronic acid binding sites on the surface of sperm head, contact with glass slides covering with hyaluronic acid. Then, the sperm head was fixed by the combination with solid phase of surface of the hyaluronic acid. The captured sperm by solid phase was restricted with athletic ability. Although their tails whip frequently, it is hard to swim forward. For the immature sperms, there are no binding sites to combine with glass slides covering with hyaluronic acid.
