Overview
The innovative FibreBag technology used in FIBRETHERM is available in a manual format for laboratories with low or variable sample throughput. Compact units are offered in two configurations (6-place and 36-place) with either one or six heaters, allowing simultaneous processing of 1 to 36 samples. Designed for crude fibre determination and for ADF, NDF and ADL fraction analysis in feed.

Manual fibre analysis made easy
The manual FibreBag systems simplify crude fibre determination. Samples are placed in FibreBags and loaded on the sample carousel, then positioned on the heater inside a digestion vessel. Boiling and filtration can be carried out for up to 6 samples per digestion vessel, saving laboratory bench space and reducing chemical and energy consumption.

Advantage FibreBag
As with the automatic FIBRETHERM, the manual systems use FibreBags made from a high-precision special fabric that enables reproducible results and accommodates higher sample weights. Overall handling during the analytical workflow is more convenient compared with standard solutions.
