Description
Micro-Manager (μManager) is an open source partner to the popular Image J software, but is specifically tailored for image acquisition rather than analysis. It includes support for a range of modalities such as time-lapse, multi-channel, multi-depth, and fast streaming. It has inbuilt support for a wide range of third-party components including the Cairn OptoSplit, OptoLED and OptoScan, alongside a range of cameras and microscopes.
We at Cairn are in the process of adding realtime region intensity plotting so that μManager can be used for experiments that our customers have typically required commercial software to achieve.
