Description
The CoaPack coalescing filter cassettes are replacement filter elements for Camfil Oil Expert and EM Expert mist separators. The compact cassette design maximises effective filter surface to achieve high separation efficiency in machining processes with elevated ultra-fine oil or coolant mist loads.

Applications & design
Application: CoaPack filter cassettes are used to separate oil and coolant mist from process exhaust air generated by industrial machining operations. Design: The cassette structure promotes a homogeneous droplet flow through the media and uses diffusion and coalescence principles to enable self-regeneration. Cassettes are sized and configured depending on system design and role (pre-filter or fine-filter) in multi-stage filtration units.
