Overview
CarePump Expert8 DUO is an innovative lymphatic drainage (pressotherapy) device designed and manufactured in Poland for professional use in physiotherapy clinics, cosmetology practices, wellness centers and rehabilitation facilities. The device features two independent channels, enabling connection of up to four cuffs simultaneously and independent therapy for two patients or expanded treatment of a single patient over larger body areas. It supports 8-chamber cuffs and includes advanced control of pressure, gradient, timing and programmable treatment algorithms.

Therapy modes (13)

• LYMPHOEDEMA I — Standard program that efficiently displaces edema fluid while keeping pressure in previously inflated chambers.
• LYMPHOEDEMA II — More cycles than LYMPHOEDEMA I; faster coverage of entire limb to move swelling fluid through tissues with lower flow resistance.
• LYMPHOEDEMA III — "Single ascending wave": a compression ring travels continuously along the limb.
• LYMPHOEDEMA IV — "Double ascending wave": two chambers keep pressure according to gradient; chambers inflated one by one while two maintain pressure.
• VENOUS OEDEMA I — Classic filling of individual chambers one by one, keeping pressure in previously inflated chambers.
• VENOUS OEDEMA II — Gradual inflation in two chambers with maintained gradient and constant compression in previously inflated chambers.
• LIPOEDEMA I — Classic pumping sequence with specific chamber deflation behavior (chamber 1 deflates while chamber 3 inflates).
• LIPOEDEMA II — Faster inflation by pumping two chambers simultaneously while maintaining gradient.
• POST-INJURY THERAPY — High gradient, moderate speed, short treatment time; adapted for exudate characteristics after minor injuries.
• CELLULITE ADVANCED — Complex sequence: gentle massage of 3-chamber sections followed by pushing tissue fluid out under that cuff section; dedicated for cellulite reduction.
• REGENERATION — High gradient with modified double ascending wave moving over two chambers; recommended after physical exertion.
• PREVENTION, RELAXATION — Zero gradient (equal pressure in all chambers) for relaxation and preventive use when there is no edema disorder.
• ALL-CHAMBER MASSAGE — All chambers inflate simultaneously, keep set pressure for 2 seconds, then deflate and repeat after pause.

Cuffs — types and dimensions
The device supports a range of 8-chamber cuffs for lower limbs, upper limbs, abdominal/hip belt, short pants and long trousers for legs/buttocks/abdomen. All cuffs use an overlapping system to prevent lymph backflow during treatment.
