Arm sling

A shirt and cape combo with a built-in arm sling designed for hemiplegia or rotator cuff　tears. It can be easily put on and taken off with small, one-handed movements, and the height of the forearm can be adjusted using hook-and-loop fasteners. By pulling the loop on the affected side and fastening it to the center button, the elbow is held close to the body, slightly elevating the humeral head and increasing arm immobilization—functioning similarly to a Velpeau bandage (Desault immobilization).
