Artificial intelligence as a way to identify cancer at an early stage
In 13 regions of the Russian Federation, there are already health care organizations which use the service as part of pilot projects
Celsus is used in Departments of Diagnostic Radiology in Moscow as part of a large-scale experiment on the use of AI services
Application
The system analyzes mammograms, detects and identifies malignant and benign neoplasms, calcifications, lymph nodes, fibrocystic mastopathy, determines breast tissue density according to ACR, and assigns the bi-RADS research category.
Screening
The system identifies the presence of neoplasms and ranks researches according to priority: first of all, the doctor examines the scans of patients who have a suspected pathology.
Diagnostics
The system identifies the presence of neoplasms and highlights areas of interest in the image, so that doctor does not overlook the pathology. The service implements the main tools for working with images: brightness variation, contrast, inversion, and magnifying lens.
When batch processing, the system ranks the research list according to priority.
The system identifies the presence of benign or malignant changes and indicates their location.
The service optimizes the process of a medical report preparation – it automatically generates a description of the image.
