The FCC series of filling and screw capping monoblocks are designed for aseptic filling and capping of plastic and glass containers such as diagnostic, pharmaceutical, food and similar containers. An obvious benefit of the FCC-12H is that it fills and applies the screw cap in successive operations, while the normally unstable container is under firm control in the starwheel of the machine. The container is completely closed before it is returned to the conveyor. This machine is also ideal for inserting rubber stoppers into serum vials.
