OverviewThe FLEX SWILE workflow automates NMR and/or LC‑MS sample preparation to replace manual, time‑consuming and error‑prone steps. SWILE technology enables automated one‑to‑one gravimetric "pick & decision dispense" of solid compounds directly from source vials using Chemspeed's overhead gravimetric dispensing tool together with an on‑deck analytical balance. Disposable glass tips (SWINs) eliminate cross‑contamination; SWINs come in multiple diameters and are adjustable to the target amount. A tilt/shake rack loosens powders prior to pick‑up.

Workflow (FLEX SWILE NMR)The typical automated sequence includes:
- Optional barcode read of source vial
- Transport source vial to tilt/shake rack
- Loosen powder by tilt/shake
- Gravimetric pick & decision dispense into NMR tube and/or LC vial
- Return source vial to rack
- Add solvent
- Stir/tumble/shake to dissolve
- Perform offline or online NMR and/or LC‑MS analysis (GMP‑compatible)
