The heads of our ultrasound equipment are equipped with a non-contact light indicator that allows you to check the correctness of the tissue-emitting head contact, and are also self-calibrating to avoid the need for calibration over time. The devices of the SONIC series allow the delivery of ultrasounds in a continuous and pulsed way with different possibilities of adjusting the duty cycle; this greatly reduces the diathermic effect as the heat is dispersed in the interval between one pulse and another. Furthermore, the pulsed emission offers the technical advantage of a less likely overheating of the transducer and allows the use of higher intensities.
