In keeping with Clestra's construction principle, the SYLAB and CLESLINE ceiling systems are made of removable and mechanically stable single-piece metallic components. These made-to-measure, walkable modular ceilings guarantee high-quality cleanroom design. Made-to-measure Sylab ceilings optimise removability and adaptability and allow wiring to be managed. Their upper surface is walkable, totally smooth and can be adapted to meet any specific requirements. Because it is independent of the partitions, the Sylab ceiling does not transmit to them the variations in deflection that may occur under the effect of temporary, transient or permanent loads. Adaptability The dimensional precision and specifications of the panels mean that their layout within the cleanroom can be tailored to changes in the process. Reinstallation operations do not cause any damage to the components. The reuse rate is optimal. Removability The inter-panel connections always use a clipped joint system, which means that each component can be removed individually, without interfering with the adjacent panels, while guaranteeing absolute sealing and a perfect flush finish. The mechanical design of the panels and their connections allows them to withstand numerous handling operations and removal without deformation. Integrations Technical utilities (wiring, sprinkler system) can be integrated in the joints. A comprehensive range of adaptations and accessories can be fitted to the Sylab ceiling while maintaining sealing and flushness.
