The Zenith Fenestrated AAA Endovascular Graft with the H&L-B One-Shot™ Introduction System is indicated for the endovascular treatment of patients with abdominal aortic or aorto-iliac aneurysms having morphology suitable for endovascular repair. (Consult the Instructions for Use for a more thorough examination of the deployment protocol, indications for use, contraindications, warnings, and precautions.)The Zenith Alpha™ Thoracic Endovascular Graft is indicated
for the endovascular treatment of patients with aneurysms
or ulcers of the decending thoracic aorta having vascular
morphology suitable for endovascular repair including:
• Iliac/femoral anatomy that is suitable for access with
the required introduction systems
• Nonaneurysmal aortic segments (fixation sites) proximal
and distal to the thoracic aneurysm or ulcer:
- with a length of at least 20 mm, and
- with a diameter measured outer-wall-to-outer-wall
of no greater than 42 mm and no less than 20 mm
Length Nonaneurysmal aortic necks proximal and distal to the
aneurysms, ulcers with a length ≥ 20 mm
Aortic Fixation
Site Diameter 20–42 mm (measured outer wall to outer wall)
Angulation/
Curvature
• A radius of curvature ≥ 20 mm for aortic arch landing zones
• An angle ≤ 45 degrees (any angle in the arch or distal aorta)
