The Poet IQ2 is a small, standalone monitor that is used for anesthesia gas monitoring. It boasts a reliable performance and flexible design. The monitor is also easy to use, making it an ideal and affordable option for anesthesia applications in hospitals and surgical centers.
It can automatically identify and quantify inhaled and exhaled oxygen gas, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and five anesthetic agents: halothane, isoflurane, enflurane, sevoflurane, and desflurane. The machine's automatic or manual mode provides breath by breath oxygen gas, carbon dioxide, and nitrous oxide monitoring. The gas flow can be sampled at 100, 150, or 100 milliliters a minute.
This system is compatible with color VGA displays and has a large screen output capability.
The Poet has a fast warmup time and can ensure accuracy in just minutes. Its accuracy is not affected by alcohol or ketones. Its bright, realtime display of numerical values and waveforms instantly notify the user of changes in a patient's status.
