PathDR.™ NS40 IHC stainer by Dakewe Medical is a fully automated immunohistochemistry stainer intended for In Vitro Diagnostic use. It runs 40-slide cycles with continuous tray reload and supports overnight operation to increase throughput.

Features

• Efficient — Reduced turnaround time via dual robotic arms: a 40-slide run completes in approximately 2.5 hours. With an additional overnight run, up to 160 slides can be processed within 24 hours. Reagent-efficient dosing and precise temperature control reduce reagent consumption and waste. Individual heating: SSA temperature can be set individually up to 110°C to accommodate varied staining protocols.
• Ensured quality — Optimized reagent distribution: the Dakewe cover lid is designed to minimize reagent volume. Tracked usage: each cover lid carries a unique DataMatrix code readable by the stainer to monitor usage and prevent compromised staining from damaged lids.
• Clear and fresh outcome — Engineered rinsing steps reduce non-specific background and the coffee-ring effect, improving slide clarity.
• Ergonomic — Transparent smooth-sliding cover allows easy visual inspection and simple opening/closing.
