Description

A6505 SONAR 30 ULTRASONIC CLEANER Ultrasonic cleaner with full stainless steel housing ideal to perform cleaning and degreasing operations and for accurate finishing of the most disparate materials. The ultrasonic cleaning has proved extremely efficient for the cleaning of ferrous and nonferrous metals, glass, ceramics, synthetic materials resistant to alkali, rubber, plastics. It represents the most agressive, rapid and cheap system to remove oils, grease, chips, filings, machining residues and dust particles from complex shapes (especially in interstices and hollow bodies hard to reach with different systems) both during the production and the maintenance stage (highly versatile and most useful for the finishing of elements produced with 3D printing). Different materials or metals must not be put in the same cleaning cycle. After every treatment it is recommended to rinse accurately every object. In addition the elements must not be placed on the bottom of the tank. To comply with this restriction a wide range of accessories, basket, beaker and hooks are available. The working cycle under pulse mode can be adjusted by a timer and the liquid used to transmit the high frequency waves is heated up for highest efficiency.
