2.7mm LCP®Ulna Osteotomy System The 2.7 mm LCP® Ulna Osteotomy System consists of a comprehensive set of instruments and implants, allowing for precise ulnar shortenings with a choice of two cut styles: transverse (90°) and oblique (45°). Features & Benefits Low profile plates with rounded edges and tapered ends help reduce risk of soft tissue irritation Stable fixation with 2.7 mm locking and cortex screws with T8 StarDrive™ Recess Plate hole configuration allows for both transverse and oblique osteotomy cuts Central three-part combi hole for flexible screw placement: lag screw (1), neutral cortex screw (2), locking screw (3) Compatible with parallel saw blades; Available for specific type of cut (transverse – 90°or oblique – 45°) and width (2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, & 5.0 mm) width, allowing for osteotomy to be created in one cut. Note: Parallel saw blades can only be used with the DePuy Synthes Small Battery Drive System-specific instrumentation aids in plate and screw placement, guidance for creating osteotomy, and compression of the osteotomy site Drill Templates: For pre-drilling of plate fixation holes before oseotomy cut to ensure correct rotational alignment; Available for shortening of 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, & 5.0 mm Saw Guide: Threads into drill template to provide guidance to oblique (45°) osteotomies Compression/Distraction Instrument: Aids in reduction and compression of the osteotomy site; Two fixation options on each side of osteotomy which accepts 2.0 mm Kirschner Wires Available in stainless steel and titanium Indication Statement The 2.7 mm LCP Ulna Osteotomy System is indicated for fixation of fractures, osteotomies
