The DIOSNA Vertical Centrifugal Coater VCC is an alternative coating technology that has many advantages over the conventional tablet coating coaters.
The flexible concept of the VCC 3-15 allows a batch size of 2-15 kg and so it offers ideal scale-up conditions. The VCC convinces with outstanding coating results even in case of products with unfavourable flow characteristics. Due to the high drying performance of the VCC and the optimised product flow, the process times are shortened by more than 50 % compared with conventional coaters.
