Soft Care MED is an alcohol based rub developed for hand disinfection. This product is suitable for use in all areas including food care, healthcare and for surgical disinfection. Key properties Soft Care MED is a skin disinfectant based on a blend of isopropyl alcohol and n-propanol. This alcohol blend creates a very efficient disinfectant, highly effective against resident and transient skin microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi. Soft Care MED has been formulated with a thickener to give the product a higher viscosity. The gel-like properties of Soft Care MED result a in longer product-skin contact time and consequently better efficacy. Soft Care MED contains moisturiser to provide lasting skin care.
