The way it works can be outlined as follows: The inhalation device generates a stream of air that is directed through a transparent tube to the nebuliser. The nebuliser contains the medication (aerosol) prescribed by your doctor. When the air enters the nebuliser, it creates a so-called aerosol mist from this filling, which can be easily inhaled. A mouthpiece and masks of various sizes are available for the inhalation process itself. The device should only be used in consultation with your doctor and/or respiratory therapist.
