  • Rapid Stop Mechanism: Flexible seal integrated in the bearing opens under air pressure during operation and closes when air is off to enable fast bur stop (OptiAir benchmark: < 1.66 s). Performance maintained after ≥250 reprocessing cycles.
  • 100% Zero-Suction: Aerodynamic design prevents blood, saliva or other bio-material from being drawn back into the handpiece, reducing cross-contamination and extending cartridge life.
  • Optimized Ceramic Ball Bearing: Ensures smoother, quieter operation with consistent torque and improved efficiency.
  • 3-Point Spring Chucking: Dynamic chucking increases retention force with speed, reaching up to ~40 N for enhanced stability and precision at high rpm.
