Fissure screw is a newly designed screw can be used to fix the plate with the occipute. The bone screw heads have been designed to optimize the fit between the bone screw and the plate. Two different diameters are available 3.5 mm and 4 mm for revision with Length starting from 12 mm to 36 mm. Variable screw angulation and screw placement for optimal bone / screw purchase and plate fits in both directions transversely and longitudinally. The whole system is made in titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELi).
