The fixation plate with the option of using an extension is used to fix a fracture of the femur. It is used for transport immobilization in the event of a risk of secondary injury to the main vessels or their oppression with blood flow restriction.The set consists of light foldable rod which is adjustable along length of leg so it might be used for adult and older children as well. The rod is connected to leg by adjustable fixation on belts and pelvic belt and enables a dosing trace on (move in longitudinal axis) by easy step (not need to use it). It is possible to apply a vacuum splint on to trace on splint or a patient might be fixed in vacuum mattress. Trace on splint is put into carrying bag.
