Vacuum systems for drawing venous blood
The vacuum system is meant for drawing venous blood from patients for further clinical laboratory testing of these samples. The principle of the product's function is based on the use of hermetically sealed tubes with precisely dosed vacuum. When a vein is pierced with one end of a special double-sided needle and a rubber stopper of a vacuum tube – with another end of the needle, then the required amount blood is drawn directly from the vein into the tube under vacuum.
The features:
The tube is made of polyethylenterephtalate (PET) and the stopper is made of bromobutylrubber . It is a biologically inert plastic, due to low adhesion excluding the possibility of contact activation. It means that there is no affect to the results of the study, and it does not enter into chemical reactions with additives, as well as with the blood.
The gel in tubes is made of acryl instead of polyolefin. Our gel is better for blood fractionation, because it can let the fraction of blood be separated easily. Also our acryl gel is more stable during thermal effect.
The test tube is difficult to open. You need to apply force more than 12 N (instead of 6-8 for Chinese manufactories). It let the test tube be safer for lab’s personal.
The bottom side is made in a good way, so it is easily to put our test tubes into a centrifugal machine and not let the test tube be destroyed.
We have special “children” volume – 1ml. Less harm to the patient.
The volumes are from 1 to 6 ml.
A vaccum system consists of:
vacuum tube;
reusable holder double-ended needle or butterfly needle.
