Description

The device is used to ensure that the chemicals used in laboratories are heated without being exposed to open flame. The device ensures that chemical solutions and samples are kept constant at the desired temperatures for the desired periods of time. The device provides homogenous temperature distribution in the inner boiler with circulation pump. Glass wool is used as insulation material on the upper part of the device. Since there is no heater or pump in the chamber, there is no loss in net volume. The device provides precise temperature measurement thanks to its microprocessor control. The device has an additional safety measure against overheating with an adjustable safety thermostat between 30 - 90 degrees. There is a drainage system for draining excess water from the device. The inner chamber is made of monoblock stainless steel with rounded corners to reduce the risk of contamination in the device. The outer body is stainless steel made of electrostatic painted galvanised sheet. The device allows the user to programme between 0 and 99.99 hours. The device offers a wide range of applications with delayed start and indefinite operation mode. All medical devices manufactured by Emsaş A.Ş. are guaranteed for 2 years.
