Description

Overview
The ERWEKA DT 9510 Series is a high‑capacity digital dissolution tester combining an embedded PC platform with modular hardware. Designed for reliable, parallel USP/EP/JP‑compliant testing, it supports expansion up to 14 test stations and integration with automated analysis systems.

Key features
  • Embedded digital PC technology with modern user interface and scalable software architecture.
  • TestAssist guided workflow and DirectHelp on‑screen assistance; multilingual operation.
  • Single powerful motor driving all stations (up to 14) for synchronized, comparable parallel tests.
  • Large thermally stable water bath; optional external flow‑through heater to reduce vibrations and maintain temperature stability.
  • Optional AirLift system for electrically assisted, two‑hand safety head raising/lowering.
  • Upgradeable hardware path from manual to semi‑automatic or fully automated offline/online systems (e.g. Disso.NET 4, HPLC, UV/Vis, FRL collector, ASS‑9 sampling station).
  • Optional automatic tablet drop with temperature tolerance check before release.
  • Audit Trail, Method Management and full 21 CFR Part 11 compliance with detailed logging and user management.
  • Network and USB printing capability with LAN printer discovery and driver selection.
  • Sampling modes: high‑head, low‑head and cleaning mode; optional automatic sampling stations and sample collectors for HPLC/UV analysis.
  • Compatibility with USP methods: USP 1 (basket), USP 2 (paddle), USP 5, USP 6 via standardized shaft designs and attachments.

Options & Accessories
  • AirLift system (two‑hand safety), automatic tablet drop, water bath LED illumination for improved visibility.
  • External autonomous cooling device and external flow‑through heater.
  • Upgrade to offline/online dissolution systems with Disso.NET (video monitoring/recording, MySQL/SQL database, FTP export for LIMS).
  • Paddles, baskets and specialized attachments for various dissolution tests; dissolution qualification toolkit and IQ/OQ/PV documentation and services.
