Differentiated three-layers mattress in polyurethane foam Cover Bistretch + antislip (serigraphy included) Three polyurethane layers, differentiated by density, compose the 3LOW mattress: lower and lateral part, properly designed to guarantee the correct support of the patient’s weight during all the movements, is made of polyurethane foam, the intermediate layer is made of viscoelastic PU and the upper layer is realized with memory foam PU. Laboratory tests confirm that the structure of the mattress guarantees a good management of frictions and shear forces. Moreover, the characteristics of the material make the surface able to sustain the patient’s weight, adapting to his body shape and avoiding the ‘bottom out’ phenomenon.
