Main features • Internal structure can thermoplastic or optionally in 304 stainless steel which avoids corrosion, with rounded corners for easy cleaning and sterilization; housing is made out of chemically treated steel plates with a white epoxy paint finish; • Outer door with handle, magnetic locking device and PVC sealing, or option of glass door with anti-fog system; • Internal barrier in transparent acrylic with doors; • Three shelves or two drawers, in stainless steel, removable, with antioxidant powder coating or optionally in 304 stainless steel; • High-density polyurethane thermal insulation on all the walls; • Automatic defrosting system, with evaporation of condensation; • Condensation tank is removable to enable sterilization in accordance with quality and safety standards; • Forced air circulation results in perfect homogenization within the chamber;
