Ultrasound bath ВУ-09-"Я-ФП"-01 is the simplest in the family of baths manufactured by Ferroplast Medical LLC. A piezoelectric element is installed at the bottom of the bath, which converts ultrasonic energy supplied from the generator into mechanical vibrations of the bath bottom and walls leading to cavitation in the washing solution. The bath is controlled by built-in electromechanical timer with maximum cleaning interval of 120 minutes. Manual activation method of constant operation mode is variably permitted. An indicator on the front panel informs that cleaning mode is on. MAIN PERFORMANCE VALUES Ultrasonic transducer resonance frequency, kHz, - 40±2. Treatment procedure timer, min. . . . 10-120. Supply voltage, V 22010%, 50 Hz Overall dimensions - 175х110х195* * Permissible deviation, no more than +/- 5 mm. Volume - 0.8 l* * Permissible deviation, no more than ± 0.1 l. Useful volume - 0.5 l* * Permissible deviation, no more than +/- 0.1 l. Bath weight - 2.3 kg* * Permissible deviation, no more than +/- 0.5 kg. Power - 100 VA The liquid cavitation is provided in the bath over the entire useful volume of the working container. The cavitation effect is provided by the ultrasonic transducer. The bath is equipped with a treatment procedure timer providing for control of instruments treatment time. Timer operation parameters: Range 120 Increment 10 *Permissible deviation ± 4 The bath has a metal mesh located in the working container with the help of holders to accommodate the instruments withstanding uniformly-distributed load of 20 N
