OverviewThe DPM5 Digital Pressure Meter is a portable, battery-powered instrument intended for medical device testing and verification. It integrates an internal pressure pump to remove the need for manual pressure generation, a dual-port configuration for measuring dry gases and, where supported, liquids, a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen and preloaded apps for common measurement procedures. The unit supports local storage of measurements, USB-C connectivity for charging and PC communication, and tripod mounting for stable bench use.
Key Features- Built-in pressure pump — automated pressure generation
- Dual-port configuration — Port 1 for dry non-corrosive gases; Port 2 for dry gases and water
- Integrated measurement apps — occlusion, leakage, valve tests, atmospheric pressure checks, pressure relief tests
- 5-inch touchscreen — intuitive on-device control and real-time display
Detailed descriptionThe DPM5's internal pump provides consistent, repeatable pressure application to reduce operator variability and improve test repeatability. Dual-port capability enables direct connection to a variety of medical device interfaces for testing blood pressure monitors, infusion pumps, dialysis equipment and ventilators. Preloaded test apps and real-time monitoring streamline field and laboratory workflows. Measurements can be saved on the device for later review and exported via USB-C.
