INNOTEST NPTX2 is a solid-phase enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative determination of neuronal pentraxin-2 (NPTX2) in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Details This assay should be used in combination with the NPTX2 CAL-RVC pack, article no. 80909 (RUO), of the corresponding lot. Test principle The INNOTEST NPTX2 is a solid-phase enzyme immunoassay in which the neuronal pentraxin-2 protein is captured by a first monoclonal antibody, 33F9 (ADx409; IgG1). CSF samples are added and incubated with a biotinylated antibody, 22H10 (ADx410; IgG2a). This antigen-antibody complex is then detected by a peroxidase-labeled streptavidin. After addition of substrate working solution, samples will develop a color.
