Description The Smirthwaite horseshoe pillow is designed for side-lying positioning between the legs, providing anterior and posterior support. It can also be used as a full supine support with the user positioned centrally and shoulders and head supported. For increased postural stability it can be combined with wedges. Compatible with the Smirthwaite sleep system range. The removable cover is machine washable. An optional thermal regulation cover is available for improved temperature management.
