Description

The endoscope can’t create the air and water system without the air-water bottle tubing. The air-water bottle tubing works with the air-water valve to insufflate the intestine and clean the lens for a better view. Andorate’s Vacutore air-water bottle tubing GAR025CO2EXT is designed for Olympus GI scopes for 24-hour use. The CO2 source section is built with an anti-backflow valve, providing peace of mind regarding protecting the CO2 insufflator. Sterile, ready to use. What is this product for? Andorate Vacutore air-water bottle tubing GAR025CO2EXT is made for using CO2 to insufflate during the GI procedure. CO2 is more and more widely used for extra patient comfort. There are three key reasons why Andorate tubing works better in a GI procedure – Softness – The tubing shoud be soft enough to connect and disconnect to the scope multiple times during 24-hour use. Strength – The connector must be able to sustain the pressure and stay on the scope all the time during the endoscopy. A weak connection point could disrupt the procedure. Compatibility – The water bottle thread may vary from market to market, brand to brand. Intelligent engineering is needed to make a cap that is compatible with different water bottles. If there is insufficient insufflation, the compatibility of the cap to the water bottle should be on the checklist.
