Description

The only fully validatable medical pouch maker with CHEVRON SEAL for automatic production of sterilisable medical pouches starting from standard reels. Highly flexible and cost-effectiveness thanks to the possibility of fully customizing the production of every single pouch, by determining width, length and number of pouches to be manufactured using standard medical reels. Compact dimensions, the system is equipped by a film reel dispenser with automatic reel centering settled by touch screen. A special design of the sealing system allow to manufacture pouches with CHEVRON SEAL on one side. The system automatically controls sealing temperature, pressure and speed (only on validatable model). In case one of the parameters exit the set range, it stops running and a visual corresponding alarm is shown on the display. The system can be interfaced with traceability system on request. Consistent output, the machine can reach the prodution of 20 pouches per minute. Accessories upon request: front work table with adjustable pouch tray. • Fully validatable to the UNI EN ISO 11607-2:2006 standards
