Description

Blood and Infusion Warming System Warm infusions and transfusions help protect your patient from hypothermia in the Operating Room and the Intensive Care units. ASTOTHERM PLUS warms all infusions and transfusions by a dry flow-heating method for daily use. The ASTOHERM PLUS is ready for use once plugged in. It is then ready to provide warmth to the patient without the requirements of pre-warming. This allows fluid and blood units to be kept in the refrigerator until they are ready for use. The ASTOTHERM PLUS is ready to use in under 60 seconds, with the results that your patient in the OR or ICU can be supplied with warm transfusions or infusions. The ASTOTHERM PLUS can cover over 97% of clinically relevant transfusion and infusion rates.
