The hood and base are molded as single polycarbonate components to simplify assembly and cleaning. The single-wall polycarbonate structure provides effective thermal insulation for the patient area without requiring a double-wall construction.

BiO CARE maintains a stable microclimate using servo-controlled temperature regulation and dedicated monitoring systems. Key control and monitoring features include:

BiO CARE uses a simplified architecture with a limited number of fully separable components and minimal hinges or adhesives to ease cleaning and shorten turnaround time. All removable parts, excluding the control panel, are washable using a steam-cleaning gun at 10 cm. The modular design allows quick, tool-free assembly and disassembly.
