Our ECO product line is perfectly suitable for the incineration of various types of medical waste, including mixed hospital waste, pathological tissue, and laboratory waste. The incinerators ECO are available with different productive capacities, ranging from 100 kg/h to 5000 kg/h. All models are equipped with an EU normed pollution control system and an automatic loading device. The incinerator allows also utilization of liquid waste (e.g. blood, human waste products, and others) by injecting it in predetermined proportions into the high-temperature zone of the furnace using a pneumo-injector nozzle. We can adjust each incinerator to your special wishes and waste types (e.g. only for biological waste) and supply only the incineration module or a specialized pollution control or sorting system. We attach great importance to ensure that our technology meets the latest standards. Therefore, the temperature in the primary and secondary incineration chambers can be adjusted to the waste type and its special characteristics, to guarantee perfect destruction of all compounds. Moreover, our automatic loading device and controller allow a completely automated working cycle to protect the operating workers and increase the efficiency of the plant. Finally, our specially designed pollution control system prohibits polluting and hazardous gases to escape into the environment while recovering the thermal energy from the incineration process.
