With an outer diameter of 3 mm, Bissinger sets new standards for bipolar coagulation forceps. The bipolar technique harmonizes perfectly with the small diameter in terms of patient-friendly interventions. With the new MITHRAS instruments, we are setting standards in minimally invasive procedures, for example in ENT and neurosurgery. This is because we offer a unique solution with an outer diameter of 3 mm, especially when space is limited. At the same time, the surgeon does not have to do without his familiar handgrip shapes, as these have already been taken into account during development. The electrode inserts can be adapted to both handles as required and their different geometries allow flexible use in different areas.
