Description

The proprietary and innovative preparation technology for nucleic acid extraction magnetic beads can effectively control the particle size and magnetic content of magnetic beads. GYSamping ® magnetic beads consist of a core-shell structure. The core of the bead is superparamagnetic Fe3O4 , and the outer coating is silica or polymer. Using specific buffers, the magnetic beads display excellent adsorption properties on nucleic acids. Adjusting these conditions, the magnetic beads can quickly separate and release nucleic acids, enabling the magnetic beads to be a useful tool for nucleic acid enrichment, extraction, and purification. Superparamagnetism and excellent suspension performance Fast magnetic response, suitable for automation Large specific surface area, strong combination ability Consistent replication of results, available in large-scale supply Complete coating (silica or polymer), excellent performance with long shelf-life GYSamping® magnetic beads are suitable for various sample sources (e.g.: blood, saliva, viral, tissue, cells). A variety of GYSamping ® magnetic beads with different surface modifications and properties can provide nucleic acid extraction and purification in different samples, such as plasmid and genome DNA, or virus RNA. Compatible with many different automation systems (e.g.: TGuide S32, EXM 3000, GenePure Pro 96) Suitable for low, medium, and high throughput automation Variable sample volume input possible
