Pilot Freeze Dryer is a pilot-scale lyophilizer designed for small-batch production and pilot runs to stabilize heat-sensitive and bioactive materials while reducing transportation and storage costs and inactivation risk. Freeze-drying preserves bioactivity by allowing reconstituted materials to recover near their pre-freeze-dried conformation and function.
