Description

EasyFerm Plus pH Sensors - Traditional EasyFerm Plus traditional pH sensors offer the benefits of a pre-pressurized reference system with a standard mV output which is compatible with most transmitters and controllers. Whether a retrofit or new installation, sensors come with industry standard electrical connector options of VP (Variopin), S8, and K8. VP connectors also have the option of PT100 or PT1000 RTD temperature compensation. If connecting to a bio-controller, Hamilton offers a wide variety of adapter cables to mate with any device. The listing below provides the most commonly recommended EasyFerm Plus Traditional sensors. Looking for a sensor not listed? Click the link to browse the full product offering. The EasyFerm Plus family of pH sensors is designed to withstand demanding applications in the pharmaceutical industry. The Phermlyte electrolyte and HP Coatramic diaphragm are specific features that when paired with the pre-pressurized reference design prevent clogging and chemical ingress from the process liquid. The Everef-F reference cartridge further ensures that the reference electrolyte remains free of silver and precipitation of proteins. The EasyFerm Plus is most commonly matched with its PHI membrane glass, due to its excellent chemical robustness and greatly reduced drift in applications where sterilization either in an autoclave or an SIP is performed frequently.
