The burgundy colored conjugate pad contains colloidal gold conjugated to another Monkeypox virus antibody conjugated with colloid gold and mouse IgG-gold conjugates. When the processed buffer containing the sample is added to the sample well, Monkeypox virus will combine with the Monkeypox virus antibody conjugate to form an antigen-antibody complex.
